Lisa (Thummess) Kovalik ’87

Lisa (Thummess) Kovalik graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1987 with a BA in English and the Arts and Letters Program for Administrators. During her undergraduate years at Notre Dame, Lisa was a coxswain on the Men’s Crew Team and studied abroad in London. After graduation she worked in advertising in New York and San Francisco. She and her husband, Scott, have 3 children: Katrina, ND ’15, Kendall, ND ’17 and Jack, ND ’19. She is currently a member of the Notre Dame Undergraduate Advisory Council, and was formerly on the Board of the Lombardy Branch of Children’s Hospital Oakland and the Lamorinda Chapter of National Charity League.
